At First Light Creations, we take pride in creating high-quality 3D printed products. If you're not completely satisfied with your purchase, we're here to help.

Returns

Returns are accepted within 30 days of receiving your order.

To be eligible for a return, your item must:

• Be unused and in its original condition.
• Include all original packaging, when applicable.
• Be accompanied by proof of purchase.

Non-Returnable Items

Because many of our products are made to order or personalized, the following cannot be returned unless they arrive damaged or defective:

• Custom or personalized products
• Clearance or final sale items

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or you received the wrong item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery. Include your order number and photos of the item so we can resolve the issue quickly.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or an error occurred on our part.
